Fotomaç, 2000 yılında Dinç Bilgin tarafından kurulan bir spor gazetesidir. Ardından kurulan Taraftar gazetesiyle bir müddet sonra birleştirilerek Taraftar Fotomaç ismini almış, daha sonra ismi yeniden Fotomaç olmuştur. 2005 yılında kurulan kardeş yayını Pas gazetesi istenilen satış rakamına ulaşamayınca Fotomaç gazetesi ile birleştirilmiş ve gazete, Pas Fotomaç adını almıştır. Dinç Bilgin'in borçlarından ötürü, Dinç Bilgin'e ait diğer şirketlerle birlikte Pas Fotomaç gazetesine de Tasarruf Mevduatı Sigorta Fonu tarafından el konulmuştur. Bir müddet sonra çıkılan ihalede diğer şirketlerle birlikte gazete Ciner Holding tarafından satın alınmıştır. 2007 yılında Ciner Holding'e TMSF tarafından el konulmuştur. 17 Aralık 2007 tarihinde TMSF tarafından çıkarılan ve gazetenin de içerisinde yer aldığı Sabah-atv yayın pakedi ihalesini Çalık Holding kazanmış ve sair yayın grubu şirketleriyle birlikte gazete, Çalık Holding'e devredilmiştir. Gazete, logosunda Pas Fotomaç ibaresi yer almasına rağmen yaygın olarak Fotomaç ismiyle anılmaktadır. Gazetenin fiyatı 50 kuruştur.
